Cm 20 x 19, pp. 20 Brossura (wrappers) Ottimo (Fine)Germano Olivotto, who graduated in medicine in Padua, began his artistic activity in the mid-1960s, becoming passionate about kinetic and programmed art. while simultaneously continuing to work as a doctor. His main exhibitions include: in 1970 Christian Stein Gallery in Turin, Bonino Gallery in Buenos Airesm, Salon de la Jeune Sculture in Paris, La Polena Gallery in Genoa; in 1971 Salon dell'Annunciata in Milan, Museum of Contemporary crafts photo media in New York, Galleria La Città in Verona, Galleria Il Cavallino in Milan- In 1971 he also exhibited at the Venice Biennial, where he gained great recognition from critics and the public by showing the recording of a Sostituzione made in Mestre a few months earlier, which showed the effect of the variation of natural light on a neon tube placed as a 'replacement' for the branch of a tree. In 1973, he held a solo exhibition at the G. Reckermann in Cologne and was awarded the Bolaffi Prize.
