'A new definition was indeed necessary, because these extraordinary objects lead to a completely new representation of painting: painting as a spatial event, movable, touchable - a colourful constellation hooked into space; as a self-moving articulation, with hinges - which can be changed, articulated, traversed and walked on. The PLURIMI are at the centre of this exhibition; they mark the latest stage in the work of this 45-year-old Venetian artist.
