The figure of the poet emerges with great expressiveness from Lisetta Carmi's historical reportage and from Paolo Ferrari's artistic elaboration (I Raddoppi) of some of the shots. The book combines the images of the photographer's meeting with Ezra Pound, an original critical-literary path by Tomaso Kemeny, a historical intervention on photography by Uliano Lucas and a text by Luciano Eletti on the renewal of photography through an artistic transformation. An ensemble work that re-proposes the figure of the great poet to the reader through the interweaving of different cultural levels with the narrative power of the image.
