Jodice revives and vibrates fragments of archaeologies, ancient skies, faces and bodies that live in the concreteness of marble or mosaic, and at the same time appear as semblances lost in a timeless abstraction, fiery landscapes full of mysterious gleams.
Mediterraneo constitutes one of the great works of Jodice's maturity.
