I usually kept the Polaroid in my pocket for a while, taking it out often to look at it, on the subway, while shopping, or walking down the street. I would test it for three days: if, towards the end of the second day, I was no longer convinced by the image and could only see its flaws, I would create another image. If, on the other hand, at the beginning of the third day, I was still convinced by the Polaroid, I would take the final image on film" (Paolo Ventura).
