Alena Wildová Tosi, to whom the dedication is addressed, taught Czech language and literature at “La Sapienza” University in Rome. She has written commentaries on the classics of Czech fiction and poetry, from the Baroque era to the 20th century.

Attached to the book is a page from *l'Unità* dated January 14, 1960—the day after the writer's death—entirely dedicated to Aleramo's passing, featuring writings by Adriano Seroni and Piero Gobetti (1924), a poem by the author, and two anonymous texts.
